Very bad services Very bad services , i received wrong item for two product i contact the customer care which advised to sent email and they will call back unfortunately, am still waiting the call since almost month

I blame myself I blame myself. I know how bad they are and yet I still went back and used them again. Surely it is also my fault that they delivered late, and that they delivered the wrong items. I’m sure it’s also my fault that they don’t seem to be able to issue refunds in a timely manner. I mean, it must be my fault as no service company could be such useless, inept and pathetic failures could they? Somewhat unsurprisingly, NowNow’s (Noon) response was to send them an email detailing the issue and they would look into it. I won’t waste the wear on my keyboard as before writing the review I had sent 4 emails to the same email address they suggest, and amazingly, all were ignored.

I filed a warranty claim, they broke my scooter and returned it back I have handed over the scooter to noon team on 19th March in a perfect condition for a warranty claim. The battery was just overheating while using it during day time, therefore I returned it to noon for warranty claim. On 14th April, I have received the scooter with its screen broken and the back wheel is punctured! That is beside lots of scratches all over the scooter body. It worth mentioning that I received a phone call from the warranty claim team few days after picking up the scooter, they told me that the scooter is working but the back wheel is out of air. At that time I didn’t think that the situation is as shown in the attached images. I thought that the wheel leaked some air during transportation and I told them to proceed with fixing the battery issue. However later one, the service center refused to fix it which I now understand after I saw the damages on the scooter that I am sure it had happened during noon transportation or in your stores. At the end, when I filed a complaint for the above, they replied saying sorry we can’t help you!!! I will never buy anything from noon again and strongly advise people not to do.

Follow up from 2nd Review on faulty VR2 After my 2nd review Noon returned a comment giving me a contact number. I phoned this number and spoke with a pleasant person who said she would send me an email and I was to reply to this email and attach the “Jumbo” report for my faulty VR2 headset. I had already emailed this report previously but anyhow complied with this new request. Since me sending this report to Noon I have received a further two or three phone calls asking me to attach the report, I have explained that this report has been emailed to Noon on several occasions but each phone call I receive I am told they have not got the report even though I can view this in my sent items box ?? I would suggest to Noon to check if my emails are being directed to their SPAM box. Again I feel this will not be resolved and I will have to accept losing my money so I will stress strongly that people making purchases would be advised to purchase from a shop where you have face to face contact. Sorry Noon you have lost me for good because of your incompetence !!

Pathetic service! Pathetic service! Order delayed for an hour still not delivered and I spoke to Three customer service agents only to receive the same automated reply that "my order is on the way" and that they won't refund if I cancel... Incompetent, terrible, and frustrating. Just canceled my subscription with them for Noon One
