GBOverpriced product & never recieved Ordered an overpriced hand sanitiser on the 18/04/20. Tracked it after not receiving and found on the DPD site that it had been 'Disposed of Leaking'. Contacted Mr Pets 7 times now via Email & Twitter with no response. They seem very keen on posting 5 star reviews on Twitter but not responding to complaints. Will never use again.

GBI ordered 3 x 500ml of hand sanitiser… I ordered 3 x 500ml of hand sanitiser on the 2nd April, no email confirmation of order but 'apparently' the hand sanitiser was in stock, with a 3-5 day delivery. No sign of it. Money has been taken from my credit card however. I am not impressed with this company at all. If you cannot deliver within the time frame posted on your website just say so!!!

GBI am getting worried I am getting worried - I too bought Hand Sanitizer at £32 (now £25 I see) I ordered on 22 March and receive a confirmation email. I got another email on 30 March saying it had been shipped. I emailed Customer services on 8 April and have not yet received a response - I emailed them again today. I am fully aware that everyone is very busy at this difficult time - however these timescales are a bit worrying.

GBSanitizer My complaint seems to be the same as every other complaint on here. I ordered 10 bottles of sanitizer on 17th March. Not all for me, I run a drainage company and kit the vans out with them. Nothing has arrived and no response or confirmation. I wish I'd looked up the company on Trustpilot before ordering. Will now go down the route of charging back my credit card. Difficult times for everyone, especially when trying to carry on running a business. Shame the few try to scam the honest ones. Amendment- my order has now arrived. Maybe if the company kept in touch with customers most of these complaints and reviews could be avoided.

GBprofited from pandemic No email confirmation of order received at all. Order arrived after a 11 days and 2 follow up emails. Reason for the 1 star is their decision to price at £30 per bottle of hand sanitizer. This should be remembered and future customers should consider whether they wish to support a company who profited from the pandemic.
