Rip off!! Avoid this company. I bought 2 hand sanitisers 500ml from this company as like most people I was desperate as I had elderly parents will health needs. I paid £32 for each which in itself is disgusting. However I’ve just received them and there is not safety seal to break and there is about 1/8th of each bottle missing. I hope they have made the money from taking advantage of this situation as after this they do not deserve peoples custom.

profited from pandemic No email confirmation of order received at all. Order arrived after a 11 days and 2 follow up emails. Reason for the 1 star is their decision to price at £30 per bottle of hand sanitizer. This should be remembered and future customers should consider whether they wish to support a company who profited from the pandemic.

Try to be patient. Placed order on 20th March. No confirmation but I guessed they would be extremely busy. Parcel arrived yesterday by huboo and am very happy. I understand it's frustrating being kept waiting without communication but please give them time before posting a review. Once review is out there there's no taking it back.

I got very worried after four days with no communication (delivery advertised in 3 days) when I read all these negative reviews. However, the order turned up without prior email (which is fine) on Day 5. I am delighted. They promised, they delivered. 5 stars.

Faulty products, no stock, poor service, having to pursue legal action - Faulty products (two in a row) - No stock for a replacement - No contact from customer services for months - They use a ridiculous returns label that's limited to 24 hours and won't issue another one so insist you pay to return faulty items (contrary to the Consumer Protection Act 2015) - Customer Services are incredibly rude - I'm having to pursue legal action to get my money back
