GBSent the wrong item ... refused to pay return postage .... just cancelled the order ... I ordered an 2 item they advertised got a similar Items for which I have no use , paid $11.55 postage to return the item and they just cancelled the order . Never offered to refund the return postage I requested or supply the the correct items ....BTW they have the worst phone service I have ever experienced - very low volume and so much static noise I could not even carry on a conversation .... I tried repeatedly with same result.

GBYardmax model# yb6770 snow blower Bought this to replace my tired single stage snow blower. What this snow blower offers with its hand grip warmers, headlight and cup holder and overall performance, expect to pay hundreds more for a competitors equivalent model. It was fun and fairly easy to assemble. I expect this machine to last for many years but if I do need parts I know Farm and Fleet will have at can get what I need.

GBThey lost my business They lost my business. My recent pick up experience, the guy was nice but didn't appreciate him smacking the outdoor candy canes off my back door while grabbing handle. Chocolate try I got, one of the chocolates was impossible to eat. I did reach out and got refunded for that. Manager from the store was nice at 1st, then ignored me then wasn't real friendly in his 2nd reply. Seemed not to care about how I felt. Reached out online to customer service and they have yet to answer but doesn't seem like they're going to. Can't stand being ignored by anyone, and when they don't care about my experience.

GBEmployment at blains traverse city Worked at the service center. Peter Robert the district manager is the reason there is no staff there. He thinks $16 an hour is a fair wage for a certified mechanic. Won’t budge on wages and constantly tell employees that they already aren’t worth that. I would recommend not spending your money at blains as they only care about profits and not the people that make them the profits. You get wrote up if you say otherwise

GBTotal corprate lack of customer service Wanted information about why I was not getting my rewards points. Could not get an answer from on-line system. Sent a letter to president and got an email from head of customer service claiming she had answered my question. Total lies.
