Sent the wrong item ... refused to pay return postage .... just cancelled the order ... I ordered an 2 item they advertised got a similar Items for which I have no use , paid $11.55 postage to return the item and they just cancelled the order . Never offered to refund the return postage I requested or supply the the correct items ....BTW they have the worst phone service I have ever experienced - very low volume and so much static noise I could not even carry on a conversation .... I tried repeatedly with same result.

Employment at blains traverse city Worked at the service center. Peter Robert the district manager is the reason there is no staff there. He thinks $16 an hour is a fair wage for a certified mechanic. Won’t budge on wages and constantly tell employees that they already aren’t worth that. I would recommend not spending your money at blains as they only care about profits and not the people that make them the profits. You get wrote up if you say otherwise

Spammers I started to create an account and even had a couple of items in my shopping cart until I found out the outrageous shipping charges. I emptied the cart and didn't even finish providing the info they wanted but, sadly, they kept my email address and continuing sending me emails (at least two per day) even though I unsubscribed. Give them information at your own risk. Beware.

Bloomington Location Disappointments The Bloomington location is consistently a poor experience. All of the employees act like they don’t want to be there. They are also quick to quote rules and seem fearful of management. I always see employees wandering around ignoring customers while people line up at the service center or the one open checkout. How about jumping behind the counter to help now and then? I’ve had several run ins with the service center about tires, batteries etc. Always an excuse not to help you. It makes me sad, I appreciate the niche they fill but if they keep this up, I don’t see it ending well.

Pizzazz Rotating Pizza & Toshiba Microwave I ordered the Pizzazz rotating pizza cooker and the Toshiba 1.2 cf stainless steel microwave. Both arrived without damage. Both seem to work well as of today. My only gripe is the company's shipping cost. Other than that, great transaction.
