GBSent the wrong item ... refused to pay return postage .... just cancelled the order ... I ordered an 2 item they advertised got a similar Items for which I have no use , paid $11.55 postage to return the item and they just cancelled the order . Never offered to refund the return postage I requested or supply the the correct items ....BTW they have the worst phone service I have ever experienced - very low volume and so much static noise I could not even carry on a conversation .... I tried repeatedly with same result.

GBTook my truck in here to just get an… Took my truck in here to just get an alignment after I replace the ball joints upper control arms and inner tie rods. When it came out and it was done the traction control light came on the ABS lights on now. This is the problem with these mechanic shops making sure that they can throw these codes so that way you can come back and get it fixed. These lights were not on when they entered their facility

GBHorrible customer services!!! The only thing I purchased from this Company was tires. My light indicator came on so I ask Justin a manager to take a look and tell me what was wrong. The indicator needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and put in. I was so surprised to get a text message hours later to tell me about a vehicle inspection report. Most business ask you if you want it or not. However, the manager never ask and the report was done. After reviewing the reviews on this place of business I see why it only gets one star. “run Run RUN”, and don’t look back

GBI have had an issue since January and… I have had an issue since January and it's now mid March. Their President, manager of customer service and a Director over Broadcast Marketing didn't feel that a customer, that has tried to resolve an issue since January, was important enough to contact me back. In the five years I shopped at this store, I have had issues and Blain's never seems like they know how to address customer concerns. They just don't seem to be trained. I had issues with their lack of staffing and then wasted time with them trying to find someone, when multiple attempts had me walking back and forth to the paint department several times and no one ever came. I had issues with their pet groomers and when you escalate to the corporate office, they use excuses, believing they can do nothing to help if they speak politely. They cannot. Their Owner / CEO, President and corporate office staff feel that they can ignore issues, as they apparently feel they make enough revenue with the way they treat customers. I will never be back to any of Blain's stores again.

GBFarm and Fleet Does not like their loyal customers Farm and fleets customer service is nothing to tell anyone about except stay away from this company They talk a good game but absolutely no action at all I have tried everything to get answers from this company about a warranty issue and no one has been able to speak with me they have the nerve to tell you to keep calling back - in hopes that you might be able to speak with someone only to tell them you entire situation again for the 3rd time I called corporate today after 8 days without a response only to be told all the managers where in meetings but assured me 100% that I would be called back today…here it is 9:37pm without a call I guess I know where the employees learn their bad habits from - it’s there bosses I will never ever step foot into another farm and fleet store as long as I live and my mission is to tell everyone I see or speak too the same message I’m sure I will never hear from them because they can not stand the fact that someone would pursue this as long as I have and the only way to satisfy my request now is to give me what I want at ZERO cost. My family went 8 days without a vehicle. Went elsewhere. Warranty work being completed in one day. On parts purchased at farm and fleet!! Farm and failure is more like it!
