GBI ordered my dog's medicine on 12/2 … I ordered my dog's medicine on 12/23, it waws approved by my vet and faxed to KV supplies on 12/26. Nothing, no medications, excuses when I call customer service. Today, I was supposed to received a tracking number. No call back, nothing. Pathetic. I'm cancelling my order NOW.

GBAlways an A+ Their product offerings have been excellent. Customer service also excellent. Shipping is timely. Packaging is very good, well thought-out and ecologically sound. Pricing on most items I have purchased has been lower than most other pet product suppliers I have used. Web site is easy to use.

GBCompany is awful to deal with Company is awful to deal with. Takes forever to get through and don't respond email in a timely manner. Placed an order over 3 weeks ago and called to get a status. CSR could not tell me what the status of the order. Needed to contact Pharmacy department for disposition. When challenged about the $$ already paid for the order - CSR said to me that $$ was preauthorized only - which is totally inaccurate - money was already debited/charged 3 weeks ago with no status on order fulfillment, delays in the order or anything. BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! Be forwarned!

GBDid not receive order, no communication Our dog requires medicine for a pretty serious liver issue. We had it set to ship on October 7th. It is now October 28th and we haven't received it and are running VERY low on a critical medicine that is difficult to get locally. We received an email last night that it was still pending. I called this morning to check on the order and was told that they are no longer shipping to California or Maine. This was never communicated to us. I requested to cancel the order. We have not received confirmation that it is being cancelled and we are now scrambling to find this medicine locally before our supply runs out.

GBDONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! This company had my order for veterinary meds that had to be cold shipped and they held it for THREE WEEKS blaming it on the bad weather that was in Texas (they are not in Texas) even though neither UPS nor FEDEX nor USPS had delays of more than one day in those places. So I ordered at another place and called to cancel and then they sent my package anyway and billed me TWO WEEKS after I cancelled it. I sent them the cancellation confirmation and they still billed me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
