Trust is important I love the bike! It is a HEAVY bike though so beware 30+#). I reached out to customer service SEVERAL times because I had a part missing and needed some assistance. I assume the 5 month, after purchase contact from the company is why I'm responding AGAIN. I NEVER heard back from them regarding the missing part or the free bell ( I already DID leave a review on Amazon for the free bell). Not happy with the NON COMMUNICATION from sixthreezero but again, the bike is pretty and so far seems a good, solid bicycle.

Better for… This bike was delivered in a timely manner and easy to assemble. The color I ordered was cute and the overall appearance was nice. Unfortunately, the bike was heavier than what I would prefer and the seat made my bum sore even after riding it for a while. I decided to give the bike to my 9 year old cousin. She loves it and still rides it today. -Tera J.

Great product and customer service. I am a big guy and was excited to learn about the Rickshaw Trike. I purchased it and eagerly awaited its delivery. Unfortunately the trike was damaged in shipping. Initially, it looked like only the left rear wheel was bent but it turned out that the axle and potentially the subframe were also bent. Customer Service was wonderful. They quickly sent the new subframe along with new wheels and a replacement disk brake caliper in case that was bent also. I was able to replace everything in an evening and was out riding the next day. It has plenty of power and pedal assist level 2 is about all I need. I have also put three grandkids on the rickshaw seat with me and it has been great to ride again after about 20 years. Thanks SixThreeZero for helping me get back out riding again!

Great Bike! Took a while for me to figure out some of the assembly instructions, but it may have been because I was tired. I put it away til the next morning, reread the instructions and it made more sense. Needed to make a few adjustments after quick trial ride and then all was fine. It was "okay" comfortable with seat it came with but I'm glad I ordered the larger seat. It looks a little silly, but I don't care because it's comfortable! I've gotten a lot of compliments on the color (mint green). I thought the helmet was too small (ordered large), but after watching the online video, I realized I could adjust it and it was fine. All in all, I'm VERY happy with my bike and looking forward to many rides!

Ordered three bikes and they are great! We ordered three bikes for our girls and they are great! Comfortable ride and perfect fit. Received a damaged part and they were willing to replace it right away! Would definitely recommend!
