My battery stopped working not… My battery stopped working not gradually as you would expect but suddenly when I went over a curb as if something became disconnected. I tried another battery and it worked fine. When I contacted Sixthreezero they wouldn't look at it or repair it, at my expense, or replace it. My bike is a year and a half old, hardly old enough to be rendered useless. I was told to go buy a new battery at $500.00. Obviously I'm very disappointed and will never do business with this company again and recommend you buy from a different company.

So much fun!! I love that there are so many instructive videos on SixThreeZero’s website! Very helpful. It’s a smooth ride with the padded seat. The rear brakes needed adjusting the first few times out, they were either too tight and squeaked when used, or they were too loose and didn’t work. I finally got it adjusted though. This trike has been so much fun and it’s so cute! I have the basket liner and I added a 3” memory foam for my pup, we go everywhere together; she loves the breeze in her face. We get a lot of smiles and everyone loves my “sweet ride!”

Nice bike, but tires need improvement The bike I ordered was for my wife, and we purchased the teal 21-speed AroundTheBlock. Out of the box, the setup was very easy, and the instructions provided were great. Upon setting up the bike, my wife was pleased at its appearance. I left the bike standing upright on its kickstand for an evening before using it, and I noticed the rear tire was becoming deflated. Upon pumping it up, the tire seemed ok and my wife was able to ride it for about a half hour. After putting the bike up and coming back outside to the bike the next morning the rear tire was deflated again. I contacted sixthreezero, and they should be sending me a new rear tire. The customer service was nice and helpful. After reading the reviews of sixthreezero, it is evident these bikes are very good, but I have reads several reviews that confirm tires are an issue. I hope they consider going with a more durable and reliable tire. For anyone considering this brand, I would still recommend this company’s bikes. Tires are a normal wear item that has to be replaced, and it is a simple fix. The other features of the bike such as the rear rack are very nice. The seat could stand to be a little more padded and wider, but they are still good seats. Also, one other suggestion would be the bottle holder. This really should be a standard item included with these bikes.

Horrible costumer service for any issues Loved the bike! Unfortunately, mine was delivered bent/scratched up and after emailing, sending photos and following up for several months - no one has been able to assist in replacing the part. The continuous response from Marc has been that the part is not available and he does not have an eta for when it’ll be at the warehouse… it’s been one year!! Never again.
