A Gift for My Husband This is such a nice bike. First of all it came almost completely assembled so not hard at all to complete the assembly. The frame is so sturdy and the color, (steel blue), is gorgeous! Beautiful paint job and all the parts were in the box. Plus Sixthreezero sent extra nuts and bolts and a tool to assemble...just in case something was missing. My husband will be thrilled. It is a very comfortable riding bike and we will have lots of fun. I had a few questions and emailed the team at Sixthreezero and got immediate responses. Super nice people to deal with. A great article A great article! For me, at age 90, the secret to a “good ride” is a dropper seat post. I can lower it to the bottom as I approach a stop and put both feet on the ground. When underway I can raise the seat to a comfortable pedaling stance. As such, I own a quality Trek Remedy 8 mountain bike for single track trail riding and a Trek e-caliber mountain bike (e-bike) for pavement riding. Staying in shape to enjoy riding them is an “every other day” event at the Sun City fitness center (winter time).

During our last email conversation on April 26th, 2024, she went above and beyond, even though it wasn't protocol she was able to get me complementary replacment plastic grip stoppers and I couldn't be more thankful. Exceptional customer service! Incredible bikes! As basic as a missing nut/screw is for my Evryjourney 7 speed, I wanted original parts . I called Cora at customer service, requested a screw for the rack, and within a week, a packet was delivered with multiple sized nuts and washers...no charge...free shipping. That's what makes a great company with a great product! The bikes are incredible. My wife and I are in our 70's and we also just got the stepthru ebike. Can't speak enough about getting on and off, the comfort of sitting up straight and the fun having the power assist and using the throttle.

Great Bike! Took a while for me to figure out some of the assembly instructions, but it may have been because I was tired. I put it away til the next morning, reread the instructions and it made more sense. Needed to make a few adjustments after quick trial ride and then all was fine. It was "okay" comfortable with seat it came with but I'm glad I ordered the larger seat. It looks a little silly, but I don't care because it's comfortable! I've gotten a lot of compliments on the color (mint green). I thought the helmet was too small (ordered large), but after watching the online video, I realized I could adjust it and it was fine. All in all, I'm VERY happy with my bike and looking forward to many rides!
