It turned out I only needed an inexpensive seat-post adapter rather than ordering an expensive seat. It arrived within two days of my order and was easy to install just as they instructed. GBThis was a difficult seat adaptation… This was a difficult seat adaptation for an old True Z7 upright exercycle. I took pictures and measurements and sent them to Kellam at bicycleseats.com. The new seat required a custom adapter. These guys sent both the adapter and new seat and they worked perfectly. Turnaround time was quick. Good service, nice and helpful people. Try ‘em, you’ll like ‘em!

GBThe seat I ordered didn't work well on… The seat I ordered didn't work well on my exercise bike. I sent an email to ask if I could exchange it and got no reply. I also made a phone call to the operations manager and left a message explaining the situation, but got no reply.
