GBOrdered this for my mother-in-law… Ordered this for my mother-in-law because she has my Schwinn Airdyne on loan and I wanted her to be comfortable as she rides about 45 minutes each day. The seat is very heavy and seemed to me capable of doing the job for comfort. She says it works good so I guess she is happy with the change. I appreciate the company having this item available as it is very hard to find searching the internet. Glad I found this.

GBThe seat I ordered didn't work well on… The seat I ordered didn't work well on my exercise bike. I sent an email to ask if I could exchange it and got no reply. I also made a phone call to the operations manager and left a message explaining the situation, but got no reply.

CAOrder was shipped quickly Order was shipped quickly, and when it arrived it was as described, and fit my exercise bike. It was a bit finicky to get on due to the width of the bars on the saddle, but I finally got it on and it works great. I might have to trim the metal on the piece that goes across the front of the saddle, but will wait for a few rides to see if it is an issue with it sticking out.
