I ordered the UNI-3 adapter which… I ordered the UNI-3 adapter which arrived quickly but did not fit my exercise bike. I sent an email requesting a return slip so I could send it back but instead was upsold by their Operations Manager that I would need to buy a "Franson Bit" to extend the adapter so it would fit. I sent a couple emails back a few days ago with questions about ordering the extra part or getting a custom adapter but still have not heard back. I also attempted to call multiple times during their business hours on both their toll free number as well as the direct number in the Operations Manager's email but no one ever answers. This is quite simply the worst service I have experienced.

Good prices and no nonsense Better price than Amazon, better shipping speed than Amazon prime. BycycleSeats actually sent me what I ordered, an unused, high quality seat, too, so that's another plus over other places....

Great customer service! We recently purchased 2 bicycle seat gel covers. Very pleased with both of them. High quality and very swift delivery time. Had a few questions about sizes and they were answered quickly and accurately. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Prompt and friendly service with accurate advice I wasn't sure what part I needed to adapt my Schwinn Airdyne. I sent a note to these folks who responded right away. It turned out I only needed an inexpensive seat-post adapter rather than ordering an expensive seat. It arrived within two days of my order and was easy to install just as they instructed. I also received an appreciative personal note although I only ordered a $9 part! Thank you.

This is one of the best customer… This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. We traded several emails, my order was promptly filled & filled correctly & my bracket arrived in a few days with great tracking, I used the new bracket today & it works great. It was easy to install too. Kellen was especially helpful & helped figure out what I needed. I don’t usually do reviews but these folks deserve a great one!
