Horrible horrible Horrible horrible! My sister took my race wheels to Folsom Bike. They had difficulty figuring out how to switch them and then when taking them back to exchange them out completely messed up the cassettes. Gave me a completely wrong, old, stripped cassette. Had to buy another one. Never never take your bike to them for anything unless you want to have to buy everything again!

Best Bike Shop in Sacramento I've been a customer since they opened. Great selection of bikes ( road, mountain, cruisers, ...), and supporting equipment. Combine the inventory with a great sales and service team; owners who are connected to their customers, and store sponsored bike clubs and you have the best bike shop in SacTown. I'd recommend them to anyone...whether it's your first bike or if you're looking for something over the top wicked cool. ...So happy this business is in our city.

Great customer service Great customer service, very knowledgeable service staff, and fair prices. I've been going to them since they opened, both in Folsom & El Dorado Hills locations, and definitely feel they are the best bike shop around.

Bought Thule Bike Rack Bought Thule Bike Rack. Would have been nice if customer service representative had explained that a child bike, which I also purchased, would not fit without adapter. Ordered adapter, which needed to be shipped from Folsom store - with daily delivery. Waited 2 days, went back to store, no follow up on there part. Canceled my order. Purchased from another local store.

2nd Bike purchase from Folsom Bike Once again my expectations were exceeded at Folsom Bike. Staff took time to adjust my new Trek Stache, get the tires set up tubeless, add bottle cages, and made sure fit was right after test ride. All staff members were and helpful and informative, I would definitely recommend this shop.
