It's a great place to help out a beginner from supplies, bikes, service and support. Shopped many places and even had places that said only customers got to test ride bikes to another than wouldn't unlock the bikes for a closer look. Let's just say they went over the top to let me test ride several bikes, help me finish my selection process to loaning a bike when my ordered bike was taking too long. The service is above and beyond.

Best Bike Shop in Sacramento I've been a customer since they opened. Great selection of bikes ( road, mountain, cruisers, ...), and supporting equipment. Combine the inventory with a great sales and service team; owners who are connected to their customers, and store sponsored bike clubs and you have the best bike shop in SacTown. I'd recommend them to anyone...whether it's your first bike or if you're looking for something over the top wicked cool. ...So happy this business is in our city.

Amazing staff! The staff at Folsom Bike are not your typical bikers! They are thoughtful, never pushy, curious and genuine about your wants and needs as a rider. They were so kind and thorough in the bike selling process, were happy to answer so many questions, and saw the process all the way through over multiple days of visits and trials.

Horrible horrible Horrible horrible! My sister took my race wheels to Folsom Bike. They had difficulty figuring out how to switch them and then when taking them back to exchange them out completely messed up the cassettes. Gave me a completely wrong, old, stripped cassette. Had to buy another one. Never never take your bike to them for anything unless you want to have to buy everything again!

I have purchased 3 bikes from Folsom… I have purchased 3 bikes from Folsom Bike Shop and each experience was great. The products they sell are of the highest quality at a very competitive price. Chris, the manager at the shop by the Dam, fitted me and allowed me to ride 4 bikes when trying to determine which road bike was best for my needs. The road tests were instrumental to finding the right bike within my budget. Delaney was awesome as usual when helping find the right "camping" bike for my next trip. He also arranged for the shop to install my new Thule rack on my 4 Runner to add to my convenience. Great work everyone!
