Does not take up a large footprint which is what i needed for my home gym. It's built solid, and I feel secure when performing the exercises. We had some back and forth status emails as FS worked through parts shortages arising from Nautilus selling the Octane business to TRUE last year, but FS bent over backwards to get this unit delivered in flawless condition. First elliptical workout since COVID closed the gyms a year ago—my thighs are screaming, but I couldn't be happier.

Best purchase ever! I had a few questions about buying a personal gym and wasnt sure if it was the right way to go but after talking to Nolissa at Fitness Superstore it was a no brainer. I was able to not only purchase the gym I wanted but was also able to use their deliver and put together team. Love this company! I order a body solid squat rack, French fitness weights and floor tiles. Everything was fantastic, easy to put together. Customer Service was fantastic also! Everything came within two weeks, no problems with delivery. Great company, they carry so many products. I just ordered more equipment. I have been creating my own gym since Covid, so much better to have my own stuff! I would definitely recommend this company.

Top notch customer service I picked up an elliptical at their facility and took it to Portland in my pickup. They measured my truck bed and custom built a pallet to fit. Then they secured the machine to it so it was rock solid and wrapped it thoroughly to protect it from any rain. I was very impressed. I did have a warranty claim for a button that wasn't working correctly, so they sent a technician to my home and fixed it. Easy Peasy! I've been recommending Fitness Superstore to everyone ever since.
