GBSRAM XO DUB Boost Crank Set Quick turn time and perfect fit. I purchased the XO crankset for my Mountain Bike, received in a few days, installed and rode this weekend. It was a perfect fit and nice replacement for my SRAM X1 crankset that was starting to creak. Purchased from Colorado Cyclist and I guess they are now Planet Cyclery. Price was also lower here.

GBThis was my first experience ordering… This was my first experience ordering from Planet Cyclery and I have no complaints. Although I have yet to test the product I ordered I don’t foresee any problems with it. The price and shipping time were both very reasonable and I would order from Planet Cyclery again!

GBBest customer service on the interwebz Best customer service in a while. A cross between Chic-fil-a and high end hotel Concierge. The shipping was super quick across the USofA. Wing delivered by a Bald Eagle wearing a wife beater and Jorts. Came complete with a six pack of Natty Lights and plateful of Waffle House hash browns. Most patriotic thing of beauty I’ve ever witnessed. The communication was lighting quick. They only use CB radio but the comforting tone Brian Delmotte used when he called me Good Buddy made me a customer for life. The handwritten note from the owner on the packing slip was unexpected from a Fortune 500 company but was a great touch. I had a difficult time setting up my watch since it was late at night and I was tired but they came through with the round the clock tech support and the bed time story. Thanks again for everything.

GBGotta have the worse web team of any… Gotta have the worse web team of any internet based cycling company. ie. Go to theres or Colorado Cyclist website and type in the search bar any brand like Endura. Hit the search and they show more than 1300 items however you can only see about 20. Additionally twice I e placed orders and never received a notification or shipping and had to call to find out WT F? To their credit they acknowledged the error and upgraded the shipping. Last, I ordered a Castelli jacket that ended up not fitting so I returned it. Was notified by UPS that they received the return but never got a PayPal notice of a refund. I totally forgot for about a week to follow up with them and when I did they couldn’t explain why I didn’t get a refund but promptly refunded the money whil I was on the phone. In today’s internet based shopping world one shouldn’t have to suffer a terrible website, missed shipping and having to call for a freaking refund! Again, to their credit they did ship, refund etc but only after I called them. Big hassle
