GBGood Customer Service! I was very pleased with Tuff Stuff Overland. They were upfront with some expected delays at time of purchase. They kept me informed of shipment status through the process. When my tent arrived damaged by carrier, I was able to speak with representative on phone and they started the replacement process immediately! I received my replacement via a different carrier about a week later in time for a already planned trip!! I cant wait to try the tent out!

Side note: Freight shipping company could be a different story, make sure to follow the shipment closely as you might need to make special plans when it arrives in the local area.

GBAlpha II Delivery of my tent took a long time, mostly because of port delays caused by COVID-19 impact on labor. The tuff-sfuff team did a great job communicating and providing updates.

GBGreat RTT Great RTT! After doing a lot of research we landed with the Alpha II. I defiantly prefer the hard shell vs soft, it makes the set up and tear down a breeze. The quality at this point seems good and we like the features this RTT offers. Compared to other RTT on the market the Alpha is offered at a great price point. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to offer driver or passenger hinge points. We mounted on OGT E2 (Trailer), the Kitchen and awning our located on passenger side. Yes, it is mounted backwards!
