From the west coast to the east coast, it took 7 days for FedEx to battle the rains and drop the bike off at my door. I documented the assembly step by step from the box opening. Was super easy to put it together! Bike came in perfect condition. NO MISSING PARTS, PIECES OR HARDWARE! General supplied directions were sufficient. Bike came 80% assembled and the rest was fairly self explanatory. I'm very happy with this purchase, no regrets.
