Outstanding customer service from Quarq… Outstanding customer service from Quarq tech rep who answered pre-purchase questions I had and then placed the order for me. Quarq DZero for Specialized arrived on time and I had it installed by my LBS. I've only had a chance for a short test ride so far, but I am very happy with the power meter. It connected instantly with my Garmin 520 and 920XT, responded immediately to power changes and also saves some weight over the P1 pedals I had been using on my bike.

I bought a DZero PM just over 2 years… I bought a DZero PM just over 2 years ago. PM spider integrated into a SRAM Red crankset. Super reliable up until it just died as I was cycling along. Phoned Quarq customer service and went through a few tests. Very polite guy confirmed that it was dead. Appreciated that it was out of warranty but thought they might be able to repair it or offer to replace the spider element at cost- No, no help or support whatsoever for an expensive bit of kit that had seen light careful use. Basically throw it away, zip all product support offered. Very disappointed.

I had purchased a power tap cn1 when… I had purchased a power tap cn1 when they first came out and found that I preferred a chainring power meter over the stages crank arm style that I bought as a first venture into power meters. My cn1 went bad and after I found that Sram/Quqrk bought them I researched them and decided on a Quark chainring style and couldn’t be more pleased with it.

Significant Delays due to change in… Significant Delays due to change in support from Saris to Quarq With the purchase of Powertap by Quarq, consumers are now facing a different set of support terms. Servicing timelines have gone from 3-5 business days to 7-10 business days (a change of 1% to 3% service outage of a product). Return shipping is expected to be covered by consumer now where it was previously covered by powertap/Saris. I am overly concerned that this change in terms has degraded the services/support/product I originally purchased. I am worried that there are other change in terms of support
