Purchased the Flash Sale KXONE SUP Purchased the Flash Sale KXONE SUP - and used it today. Everything was in the box, and set up was pretty easy. Would have appreciated directions but YouTube videos of SUP inflation were helpful. The board is incredibly light (important since Bear Lake is down and it is a long walk to the water) and felt stable in the water. Not as responsive as a hard board but more convenient when carrying. Pleased with the value to performance ratio!

Great products, prices, shipping, and customer service. I've been shopping with Al's a few times per year for about 6 years now and have had nothing but good experiences, from products I was looking for, at the best prices, and fast shipping. Today I experienced fantastic customer. A product I had just ordered dropped in price. I called on a Saturday morning and the customer service rep quickly and professionally refunded the difference to my credit card. Fantastic!

Knowingly sent me a defective product Knowingly sent me a defective product. Pair of Smith ski googles with the silicone strips on the inside of the band, for holding gripping the helmet. The silicone rubbed off with the lightest touch. I noticed as I returned the product that the return address on the original box was Als.com Returns - they sent me a pair that had already been returned. Also, no option for "defective product" or paid return label for the return shipment - will not shop with them again.

Ordered a wake board package Ordered a wake board package, they emailed me 8 days later that they didn't have it in stock anymore and tried to bait me into a different wakeboard that was a much worse deal for the same price. Found out that they had both the wake board and bindings separately, but won't combine them into the package because the buyer said they couldn't. If you are going to sell something, then make it right. Not real impressed.
