Ordered a wake board package Ordered a wake board package, they emailed me 8 days later that they didn't have it in stock anymore and tried to bait me into a different wakeboard that was a much worse deal for the same price. Found out that they had both the wake board and bindings separately, but won't combine them into the package because the buyer said they couldn't. If you are going to sell something, then make it right. Not real impressed.

“Return Department” Horrible I have bought online purchases for years and years, this is one of those few times didn’t go smoothly. Bought a climbing harness, got it no problem. Tried it on ONCE, too small, so I asked for return, got the return label that same night, packed in a box (while they shipped in plastic) and shipped it the following day. Ordered same item next level size on the same night I requested return label. Today, got an email that my return was denied??? Reason: it was used. Like bruh, how you going to test a harness without using it? I tried it for 2mins to test how it felt. All the instruction manuals and tags are there! Called to explain, no luck. The person on the phone was kind and couldn’t do anything other than offered -20% for total product. Said something about safety. What an expensive experience to try a product on for 2 mins. Should have just bought to REI or backcountry, never had issue with them.

5 stars! Al’s is awesome! They have such a great selection for any outdoor enthusiast and have great customer service. Unfortunately, I no longer live near an Al’s, HOWEVER they make online shopping easy and convenient. I recently purchased a Scott cycling jacket that was on an incredible sale and I received it so quickly. Highly recommend!

Great Customer Service! I had an issue with a pair of ski boots that I ordered from them and I feel like they went above and beyond to make it right. Sent me a refund and a pretty solid discount code for my next order. I've ordered a few things from them at this point. Most recently, a carbon fiber airbag cylinder with a 20% discount code which was the cheapest I could find it anywhere.
