GBTent's here, not used yet. The House came through for me. There was a shipping problem re. tracking not being scanned originally by the USPS, but while I was not initially thrilled about the policy at the House re. providing a replacement as I had a trip coming up soon, it worked out, and their support staff were attentive after it became clear there was an issue. An issue that The House was not responsible for, by the way. Tent's now here and seams sealed, so it'll be going along for my now-delayed trip afterall. I was a bit disappointed that the floor plan of the Eureka Kohana 6 won't provide as much room for my cot as I'd hoped, but it ought to work out OK.

GBI signed up at The House to make my… I signed up at The House to make my first purchase of Solomon X ULTRA hiking boots. The House prominently gave me a code for a 15% discount on my first purchase (DF15NM15). I wasted 15 minutes trying to check-out and pay the correct amount. Finally their customer service told me they were not going to extend the discount as promised. Classic BAIT and SWITCH to lure you from another trustworthy on-line retailer.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY: Awful Customer service. I do not actually think the company exist. I am at the point where I am canceling my credit card payment because i have gotten no shipping information what so ever. They literally do not answer emails or phone calls, and the chat line always fails when it get close to your turn

GBAwful customer service Unfortunately, there's no option for zero stars. The customer service is awful, if you call about a return. Customers get rudely treated. I received defective bindings on Wed. I called within an hour of them being delivered. Dylan was snotty and unfriendly. Borderline belittling. He seemed to enjoy the ability to give me a hard time as I'm now stuck with defective bindings. I was eventually told I would receive a return label that same day or the next morning, which has not happened. I've called customer service, left emails, contacted them on their website and also through Facebook. Still no response. After today, I will be filing a claim with my credit card company, better business bureau and contacting every person in headquarters that I can. Please don't do business here. Backcountry has amazingly friendly, knowledgeable customer service. They will go above and beyond for their customers. I ordered everything I needed by calling Backcountry, explaining my awful experience with the house. They gave me a great discount and free next day shipping. Also free returns if necessary.

GBTERRIBLE customer service TERRIBLE customer service. Multiple service tickets and 1 hour long phones calls on hold trying to get ahold of ANYONE. Missed shipping an item ordered Dec 26th. Still haven't received it or heard back from anyone. Future shoppers stay away!!
