I couldn't get a hold of customer support other than a generic automated email. If you find yourself in this pickle-- you must persist! They will eventually answer. The seller must be the one to file the FedEx claim when your order is lost. Anxiously awaiting for the final resolution...

My new PFD fits great and is very comfortable to wear during my kayaking trip. I had no problems ordering from The House, and even though my package was delayed a couple days I still received it before my last kayaking trip.
