GBGood products great selection high shipping cost Good products and great selection. My only complaint would b shipping costs. They r always insanely high no matter what u purchase. I was getting charged 20-30 dollars for something so small it would have cost me 5 dollars to ship myself. I have actually had multiple items in my cart on different occasions and did not finalize the order because shipping was too high. Ended up buying elsewhere and saving 30 dollars on shipping

GBI mostly have enjoyed my experience… I mostly have enjoyed my experience with AirsoftGI. There are great deals too. That being said, any mystery gifts I have gotten have been patches or a t-shirt. I understand it's a chance but I ordered 3 for the $5 mystery box and two days before AirsoftGI did the whole mystery gift week I had placed orders, not knowing that two days later the mystery week would begin. I'm satisfied for the service, dissappointed in the lack of communication for upcoming deals.

GBQuality products/ good deals Got a good deal on several items now, and they've all arrived in great shape. Shipping is slow compared to today's standard, and i wish the website would use more than 1 photo per item, but it's all great quality at competitive prices.

GBAirsoft GI Airsoft GI has reputable knowledge of all things invloved in airsoft. Great customer service and a huge selection. However, that being said, the mystery boxes. Are they really worth the lack of free shipping or discounts? Paying $200 for a box with shipping and getting a gun valued at $169 with freeship. Not cool. Additionally, many times I've seen the higher tier mystery box prizes go on sale shortly after if almost not immediately after the box hits basically for the same price as the box. Once again, not cool. My two cents. I've always shopped primarly with Airsoft GI and will continue to do so in the future, as they are probably the most reputable company in the market.

GBLiars, scammers, 0 customer service and professionalism Ordered 5 things and they only sent me 2 which were the wrong color, then lied about my return saying I "Didn't return what I was sent". So I was basically charged for 5 items to receive 2 incorrect items which are now being held in their returns department refused a refund on anything. I also emailed multiple departments for help and nobody ever responded. I had to join a DISCORD server for customer service, how professional right? Don't buy from these scamming scumbags now I'm out over $100
