I enjoy Airsoft GI I enjoy Airsoft GI! Good service, comprable prices and equipments. Good speed at processing and shipping orders. However, I do feel that the inventory is a little lack luster in the tactical equipment cataegory. I feel more variety is needed, especially along the lines of optics, attachments, protective gear and the likes.

Don’t shop any where else I have ordered many items from GI Airsoft over several years . I think their prices are very competitive. They have great deals on hundreds of items every month, and their holiday specials are awesome! If I have a problem with an item I can call their customer service line an they always take care of the issue. I highly recommend gi Airsoft to any new an veteran players . Quality products/ good deals Got a good deal on several items now, and they've all arrived in great shape. Shipping is slow compared to today's standard, and i wish the website would use more than 1 photo per item, but it's all great quality at competitive prices.

Magazine was defective out of the box Magazine was defective out of the box. No one answers the customer service number. A warranty claim has been filled and a lame email reply-question of “have you purged the mag and refill?”

Airsoft GI Airsoft GI has reputable knowledge of all things invloved in airsoft. Great customer service and a huge selection. However, that being said, the mystery boxes. Are they really worth the lack of free shipping or discounts? Paying $200 for a box with shipping and getting a gun valued at $169 with freeship. Not cool. Additionally, many times I've seen the higher tier mystery box prizes go on sale shortly after if almost not immediately after the box hits basically for the same price as the box. Once again, not cool. My two cents. I've always shopped primarly with Airsoft GI and will continue to do so in the future, as they are probably the most reputable company in the market.
