Non-responsive customer service These guys will not answer the phones. They rarely answer emails. We requested to cancel an order well before it was shipped out. We were ignored and it was shipped anyway. Every attempt we've made to contact them to return the items since has been futile. They don't respond to emails or answer phones and just ignore you. I'd stay away!

Emailed AGI, and they did not reply, left a message on YouTube chat during one of their live sessions, and was ignored. I'd rather buy from a total stranger off Craiglist, at least I know I'm getting scammed right away.
