I mostly have enjoyed my experience… I mostly have enjoyed my experience with AirsoftGI. There are great deals too. That being said, any mystery gifts I have gotten have been patches or a t-shirt. I understand it's a chance but I ordered 3 for the $5 mystery box and two days before AirsoftGI did the whole mystery gift week I had placed orders, not knowing that two days later the mystery week would begin. I'm satisfied for the service, dissappointed in the lack of communication for upcoming deals.

Great company, prompt shipping and awesome customer service. After returning to Airsoft after many years I was deciding on which company to begin ordering from. AirsoftGI has a solid website and great pricing so I went with them. I've had prompt shipping, correct orders, and great customer service. My most recent order was some Elite Force BBs. I accidentally ordered the non-bio BBs and reached out to support to cancel my order. I received a response almost immediately from Eric A. and he helped correct my order. Great customer service from him and Airsoft GI. I will order again soon. Thank you! - Chris

WARNING WARNING! Airsoft GI are scammers! Recently noticed that in their base version of the Push Unite mask, they purposely have items listed in the description that actually doesn't come with the mask, they put it there hoping others wouldn't notice. I have sent them countless emails regarding the matter and they will not fix, they are purposely baiting people so they can clear their shelves from it.

Non-responsive customer service These guys will not answer the phones. They rarely answer emails. We requested to cancel an order well before it was shipped out. We were ignored and it was shipped anyway. Every attempt we've made to contact them to return the items since has been futile. They don't respond to emails or answer phones and just ignore you. I'd stay away!

Rather trust a hobo with a Ferrari than AirsoftGI with my money Bought a brand new box mag, smokes and some small accessories. Box mag didn't work, smokes were all missing their pull-tabs. Emailed AGI, and they did not reply, left a message on YouTube chat during one of their live sessions, and was ignored. I'd rather buy from a total stranger off Craiglist, at least I know I'm getting scammed right away.
