Great customer service. Like all other companies, I have had some product issues with GI, but they have helped me out with those issues and took care of them. If anyone is having issue with their orders, it's best to give them a call or DM them on their Instagram @airsoftgidotcom

Rather trust a hobo with a Ferrari than AirsoftGI with my money Bought a brand new box mag, smokes and some small accessories. Box mag didn't work, smokes were all missing their pull-tabs. Emailed AGI, and they did not reply, left a message on YouTube chat during one of their live sessions, and was ignored. I'd rather buy from a total stranger off Craiglist, at least I know I'm getting scammed right away.

Quality products/ good deals Got a good deal on several items now, and they've all arrived in great shape. Shipping is slow compared to today's standard, and i wish the website would use more than 1 photo per item, but it's all great quality at competitive prices.

Great company, prompt shipping and awesome customer service. After returning to Airsoft after many years I was deciding on which company to begin ordering from. AirsoftGI has a solid website and great pricing so I went with them. I've had prompt shipping, correct orders, and great customer service. My most recent order was some Elite Force BBs. I accidentally ordered the non-bio BBs and reached out to support to cancel my order. I received a response almost immediately from Eric A. and he helped correct my order.
