GBI reached out to your company days ago… Got NO RESPONSE to resolve my issue. I reached out to your company days ago to return the LH Clubs for RH clubs, I am still emailing you guys for a response. That is “POOR” customer service. I should have received instructions to return the incorrect item and when I could expect the right items. I am disappointed in the NO RESPONSE I am getting.

GBReluctant at first, but now very satisfied... At first I was reluctant to order bikes at shop247.com due to other reviews. But my own experience was good. I ordered two open box folding bikes at shop 247.com. From ordering to receiving them, everything went well, except the torn bike seat. But the costumer service responded right away. I am very satisfied with shop247.com.

GBVisually not appealing No directions came with order. Also the break system wiring was discounted on both the handle to the tire. I understood it’s a open box but it wasn’t visually appeal for resale in my opinion. I wish I knew it wasn’t refundable/exchangeable otherwise I would have gotten the boxed option.

GBThere were various issues with this… There were various issues with this company that had to be resolved regards to multiple e-bike purchases. I had dealt with at least 4 different customer service representatives including their manager. There is only one person who followed up and got things done! Christopher was the most professional and honest person I can say from memory of my 64 years that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He should be elevated within the ranks of this company. Thanks to this employee I would be never feel hesitant about recommending this company to my friends and family who have inquired about my electric bike purchase. Regards Robert Schonbrun

GBHorrible I was charged multiple times… Horrible I was charged multiple times for multiple units when I only ordered 2 & they were suppose to be in clothed & heavy duty yet they are cheaply made not sturdy at all
