GBFaulty Kanulock Surfboard Straps I purchased a pair of Kanulock surfboard straps for my son. One of the locks became faulty after a month or so. I requested a replacement and promising to deal with it, I never got a reply - even after contacting the company a couple more time. Very poor customer service and will not be using them again.

GBSlowest delivery Slow delivery service and no tracking or update information lately as to where my order is. Today is day 6 and the last day my order is to arrive. Is it it on its way? Is it still being backordered? Who knows at this point. Based on the slowness of delivery and lack of updates I wouldnt buy from them again. Misleading as it comes up as Wetsuit Centre when logging into account and the parcel arrived with a Wetsuit Centre brochure. Update* got my wetsuit 10 days later. I called to ask for an update.
