GBFaulty Kanulock Surfboard Straps I purchased a pair of Kanulock surfboard straps for my son. One of the locks became faulty after a month or so. I requested a replacement and promising to deal with it, I never got a reply - even after contacting the company a couple more time. Very poor customer service and will not be using them again.

GBPoor customer care Delivery of a board took ages. Poor customer service from the start, when trying to change boards. Spent over £700 on a new board ect and they didn't even give me a block of wax Won't use again

GBExcellent customer service! I had an issue with an order that never arrived (Royal Mail's fault, not Sorted Surf Shop's), but Ben was quick to reply and to send out a new one. Excellent customer service!
