Beyond our expectations! Wow, what a find! Super helpful staff, great products and the best expert advice ever! We hired two of their new e-bikes - I think they're called Kendra. What an adrenaline rush! We got from Boscombe to Mudeford Spit Beach House in 30 minutes, grinning from ear-to-ear throughout. I would really recommend this shop. They also have 'Sorted Surf School' which we didn't try but, if it's anything like the service we experienced, it will be awesome. We'll be back soon!

Poor customer care Delivery of a board took ages. Poor customer service from the start, when trying to change boards. Spent over £700 on a new board ect and they didn't even give me a block of wax Won't use again
