Nice options for golf paraphanalia I purchased multiple items from Great Golf Memories. The quality of the products is good and I liked the many options. I am disappointed in their return policy. A 10% restocking fee is ridiculous. I order from a lot of online companies and this is the first time I have seen this done. I will definitely choose another company in the future that will not charge such a fee.

Improve order confirmation process Ordered a Black Box ball marker set, product is very good. Would have liked to see a preview of what I ordered before final order was placed, to confirm my choice was correct. (initials style) Was unable to track order with tracking number provided and would like to see a confirmation the product was delivered

Still no shirt Ordered a small green Master's shirt on April 14 with 2 day delivery. Still no shirt on April 29.

Not the best costumer service The order was supposed to include a free ball marker clip but when the package arrived it wasn’t in there. I reached out to them and they basically said “oh well”, no offer to send one. This took away from the whole experience unfortunately.

Totally amazing customer service! This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received! I don’t normally complete surveys but I just had to share how surprised I was with the response to my request. I was being very picky about my new grandson’s gift and they treated me like it was their most important issue and immediately sent me a replacement! Not only am I grateful but also look forward to continuing my business with Great Golf Memories!
