Nice options for golf paraphanalia I purchased multiple items from Great Golf Memories. The quality of the products is good and I liked the many options. I am disappointed in their return policy. A 10% restocking fee is ridiculous. I order from a lot of online companies and this is the first time I have seen this done. I will definitely choose another company in the future that will not charge such a fee.

I only had about 1 week before Father's Day to get the plaque prepared, and the form they use on their website to collect the customization information worked like a charm. I ordered a golf club holder I ordered a golf club holder. It was set to be delivered on December 4. I still don’t have my order and it is not trackable. They do not pay for priority shipping or any tracking status. They refuse to refund me and cannot tell me when or if my item will arrive. Buyer beware. Items do not arrive when they say they will and they do not care.
