GBNice options for golf paraphanalia I purchased multiple items from Great Golf Memories. The quality of the products is good and I liked the many options. I am disappointed in their return policy. A 10% restocking fee is ridiculous. I order from a lot of online companies and this is the first time I have seen this done. I will definitely choose another company in the future that will not charge such a fee.

I don’t normally complete surveys but I just had to share how surprised I was with the response to my request. I was being very picky about my new grandson’s gift and they treated me like it was their most important issue and immediately sent me a replacement! Not only am I grateful but also look forward to continuing my business with Great Golf Memories!

GBI ordered a hole-in-one shadow box as a… I ordered a hole-in-one shadow box as a father's day gift. On the website, there an order-by date posted for guaranteed delivery by father's day. I intentionally placed my order several days before the order-by date to make sure the delivery happened in time. Despite this, they blew the delivery and it didn't arrive until after father's day. I emailed customer service with my complaint about the blown delivery. They did not even bother to respond.

GBGolf finders popped out of the long… Golf finders popped out of the long irons quickly. Customer service said I should glue them in. Want to be able to use them when I regrip my clubs, but can’t.

GBI ordered a golf club holder I ordered a golf club holder. It was set to be delivered on December 4. I still don’t have my order and it is not trackable. They do not pay for priority shipping or any tracking status. They refuse to refund me and cannot tell me when or if my item will arrive. Buyer beware. Items do not arrive when they say they will and they do not care.
