Returned items, never get refund , send them every proof they requested , but never get back from them !Dispute transaction and won! Be aware

GBitem size doesn't fit even thought i… item size doesn't fit even thought i went by their guidelines but they want me to pay shipping to return it. They are just a reseller way better to go directly to the brands to buy it. Bought a pair of gloves and they broke within 1st day. Can't return told me to warranty it through the producer.

GBHorrible reliability when it comes to… Horrible reliability when it comes to shipping. Ordered boots needed for a trip 4 weeks in advance. When I realized two weeks in that they hadn't arrived I reached out and they said, "Oops. Looks like they got lost in transit." In today's age of easily accessible AI this is unacceptable. They absolutely should have been on top of that without me asking. Didn't offer me anything for having to scramble last minute to find what I needed. Will never order from evo again.

CADefective ski warranty not honoured Purchased 2023 Line Chromic Ski's. After 3 weeks of use (5-6 times) the top sheet started seperating from the ski. Line's Warranty states "Delaminating of topsheet" is covered. Evo claimed this is topsheet chipping and is not honouring the warranty. Pursuing other support avenues (Line direct, Credit Card)
