Don't bother with their price matching If you find a great price somewhere just jump on it and DON'T submit a price match request to these people. If it is too low for their taste they will simply come up with silly excuses as to why they can't meet or beat said price, and in the the meantime, while you've been waiting for them to respond, the item you wanted will sell out at that great price from the original vendor, leaving you totally out of luck. Guess how I know this...

Horrible reliability when it comes to… Horrible reliability when it comes to shipping. Ordered boots needed for a trip 4 weeks in advance. When I realized two weeks in that they hadn't arrived I reached out and they said, "Oops. Looks like they got lost in transit." In today's age of easily accessible AI this is unacceptable. They absolutely should have been on top of that without me asking. Didn't offer me anything for having to scramble last minute to find what I needed. Will never order from evo again.

Great customer service Called to order a ski jacket since it had a promo code that wasn't working on the website. The customer service rep I spoke with was awesome-- she was super nice, easy to order with, and honored the code for me, I was impressed with the service. Looking forward to receiving the jacket and will review the product itself then!

We purchased skis and boot at the store… We purchased skis and boot at the store in Utah on Jan 5th. The skis got mounted and nobody shipped them to us. We called on Jan 28th, and they said the skis were sitting and nobody noticed them. They gave us free expedited shipping which was to take 7 days, so NOT expedited at all. Terrible service considering the purchase was close to $2000.

Head Kore Skis/Attack Binding Head has given the ski world a ski to conquer the mountain. The Kore ski mounted with the Attack binding gives the skier one of the lightest combinations in the industry. This combination is quick edge to edge and a turning ski on the groomed as well as a powder and crud buster off the groomed. Seek your Kore Value and enjoy. Larry Fale White Pass Learning Center
