Buyer Beware! I bought a Trailmaster Blazer 200R before Christmas which was supposed to be a Christmas present but did not get it until January thanks to COVID. The brand new lead sealed acid battery died after the first week. Called customer support and they claim its considered wear and tear so its not covered under warranty even though its BRAND NEW! Also the choke cable does not open fully when you pull it. Not happy with this company and they DO NOT stand by the product they sell!

The customer support team is phenomenal I really appreciate how helpful the customer support team is. They helped me from beginning to end. And it didn't even feel like they were hard-selling me! They just gave me all the information I needed. This is what customer support teams should strive to be! No pushy hard-selling, just honestly helping customers out.

The phone staff is arrogant and the minute you press them on holding them accountable for their responsibilities, they will hang up on you and block your calls. It’s good to know this before you make a purchase. I found a much more friendly company to order my products from and they are much more responsive. You will notice also, they say their customer service hours are Monday through Friday on their website but when you call they say they’re only Monday through Thursday. This, of course, is the least of my worries, but just another point of their disorganization.

Never Again! I will NEVER order from this company again! Ordered in December.. thru various emails and text messages was told Kart would ship this week or next week.. status says order is being fulfilled.. yet when I messaged them they are now saying mid To late April before my daughter gets her Christmas gift. RIDICULOUS!
