Go kart came with broken lights, contacted customer service (through text, only way to communicate with them) and they push you off to manufacturer who cannot speak English. Please go to your local Go-kart dealer to make a purchase. Even if the price tag is higher, you won’t pay $300 for shipping and no customer service.

Placed an order for a go kart billed to… Placed an order for a go kart billed to me and shipped to my daughter's house as a gift to my grandson. Ordered was canceled due to the different addresses. Email stated to change the shipping address and reorder with is exactly what I did. I get a text from a 925 area code number accusing me of fraud! I sent a picture of my CA license that matched my Credit card info. When I tried calling back the number from the text he responded w don't call. Rude, disrespectful, and offensive. Spend your money elsewhere. All I was trying to do was buy my grandson a go kart and I get accused of being a fraud from this clown.

The customer support team is phenomenal I really appreciate how helpful the customer support team is. They helped me from beginning to end. And it didn't even feel like they were hard-selling me! They just gave me all the information I needed. This is what customer support teams should strive to be! No pushy hard-selling, just honestly helping customers out.

Go Kart is awesome! Ordering was easy (just pay attention to slight differences in products) but due to COVID shipping was slower than normal. And of course we were impatient due to excitement. But the Go Kart is awesome! We ordered ours partially assembled so the little assembly that was left for us was easy and manageable. My wife actually put it together and left the initial fluid changes and start up to me. Our son absolutely LOVES it and so do we!

I placed my order I placed my order, Gokarts usa communicated with me throughout the process. They answered all of my questions, and kept me updated on the order.
