GBUnethical and poor customer service I ordered a suitcase and within two hours my order was cancelled with no explaination. I wrote customer service as i thought this might be a mistake and was given a vague answer that the order "couldnt be processed". I asked if the bag was still available and that email was ignored so i went online and saw that in fact it was but they had raised the price $80.00. I wrote them once more and told them my findings and was told they "were not obligated to fill it" and it was the manufacturers fault as to why they couldnt sell it to me at the price i bought it for. What kind of customer service is this? It was your mistake! Dont blame someone else and say oh to bad for you! No other attempts were made to accomodate the situation or credit me towards another purchase.Extremely poor and unethical.I would NEVER recommend them or purchased from them again! If i could give you zero stars I would for shady business practices.

GBDisappointed in shipping time Disappointed in shipping time. As seller on Amazon, shipping time is 2 days. When purchased from Grivet website, shipping was 1 week. Return policy is also different. I compare only because Grivet is seller on Amazon.

GBI ordered a pair of five fingers I ordered a pair of five fingers. My new shoes were a little tight at first but fit better the longer I wear them. The delivery was frustrating because I received two day delivery but the tracking never showed my order leaving the transfer facility. My order showed up after 4 days.

GBTerrible Company With Worse Customer Service Terrible customer service. I bought a pair of Sketchers sandals from them which arrived the wrong size and one of sandals is defective. I've contacted them 10 times so far about sending a return shipping label for the these shoes, and they have refused to send me a label, stating that it is my responsibility to pay the $10 it will cost to ship them back, and only then can they decide if they will even take the shoes back. Horrible company!

GBNeed Exchange and Fair Return Policy I ordered a pair of shoes with my ordinary size but they were too small so I needed to return them. I was told no exchanges were allowed and I had to return them but I would need to pay a return fee which was only good for a store credit. I returned them and paid $12.75 in shipping myself so I essentially paid extra for shoes that didn’t fit. I did receive a refund for the price of the shoes but am still out of pocket for return shipping costs. Will never buy from Grivet again.
