Would not price adjust an order within… Would not price adjust an order within 30 days of purchase…customer service just blew me off. The bag I purchased dropped $20.00 and they would not offer a credit or discount coupon….

Wrong style, Wrong size! Box labeled “USED”! I received the incorrect order in the mail. Wrong style of shoe, wrong size and the box sent to me was labeled “used”! I did not order a used pair of sneakers! I’ve reached out to Grivet Outdoor to return this order and gotten no response. My order info does not come up in their Return menu.

I ordered 2 items I ordered 2 items. While both came as promised there were difficulties. Only one was sent first so I requested the other and was never informed that my request was received nor was a confirmation that it shipped sent. A little lacking in communication but they both did come. Great price and product though

Need Exchange and Fair Return Policy I ordered a pair of shoes with my ordinary size but they were too small so I needed to return them. I was told no exchanges were allowed and I had to return them but I would need to pay a return fee which was only good for a store credit. I returned them and paid $12.75 in shipping myself so I essentially paid extra for shoes that didn’t fit. I did receive a refund for the price of the shoes but am still out of pocket for return shipping costs. Will never buy from Grivet again.

I ordered a pair of five fingers I ordered a pair of five fingers. My new shoes were a little tight at first but fit better the longer I wear them. The delivery was frustrating because I received two day delivery but the tracking never showed my order leaving the transfer facility. My order showed up after 4 days.
