GBEveryone at Ultimate Golf Cart was… Everyone at Ultimate Golf Cart was great to work with. We called to get directions and the lady was super helpful. We went sure why a light was on and a fine gentleman came and explained everything to us very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending Ultimate Golf Cart to all my friends!

GBI will never purchase a golf cart from… I will never purchase a golf cart from this place again. It is dirty, messy, and on organized. There does not appear to be anyone in charge and no order of operations. I felt that there was no pride of ownership in the final product. One of the worst purchasing experiences ever.

GBOrder means nothing. I order a rear seat kit from this company. Waited two months for kit do to out of stock. When I contact them to get update on order they tell me there is a problem and they refund my money while we’re texting. The problem was the manufacture raised pricing and they would not live with the order they had excepted two months earlier. Won’t be dealing with ultimate cart anymore.

Recently they were very quick to repair my broken down golf cart. Called me promptly with a diagnosis of the issue and options for repair. Made the repair along with additional options I wanted installed and had my cart running great very quickly.
