GBBEWARE of Pifer Golf BEWARE of Pifer Golf! My wife purchased my (used) golf cart for me last August, 2020 as anniversary surprise. I have had nothing but the SAME bad axel oil leaks that have been non stop! When I've contacted Mark and they did come out several times last summer, but it was never repaired. We have a one year warranty and when I talked to Mark today June 2021, all he said was YOU bring it in here we dont have the help to pick it up!? VERY BAD RIP OFF BUSINESS, no honor of their warranty, my wife got ripped

GBSTAY AWAY STAY AWAY! They choose whatever "restocking fee" they want for returns. I ordered a golf cart part from Ultimate Golf Carts/Parts for my small business Dec 29th, 2022 and needed the part invoiced and shipped in FY22. I received an invoice on Jan 3, 2023 showing the product shipped in 2023. Because the part showed shipping in 2023, I never opened the package and asked to return it. Ultimate Golf Carts/Parts required that I pay to ship the product back and they charged me a restocking fee of 20%. The website states a "restocking fee" but with no specific percentage or amount listed which allows the company to charge whatever they want which is not very customer friendly. Their "restocking fee" strategy is a profit center for them especially since I paid to ship the product back. I never even opened the product and they charged me $41.42 to just place the box back on the shelf. Horrible customer service.

GBZero customer service Ordered through their site. Price was lower than competitors. Next day they canceled the order stating typographical error. Typographical errors would be if the wrong price was entered on the site. This product was sold at that price prior. This was an artifact of the company not keeping their prices up to date. The company uses the term loosely in lieu of having a web marketing team. I would have probably glazed over it but there was ZERO negotiation to resolve the problem. They just canceled the order then updated their products price. After two communication attempts I finally got to talk to a person where she stated “if we had to honor all these discrepancies we wouldn’t be in business”. I get it but it shows how diss-jointed they are with their suppliers and their on-line business. Says a lot about the businesses values. I’d stay clear of the company..

GBUltimate failure to label their parts correctly Ultimate Golf Carts is the ultimate example of why you are making a mistake by not ordering parts from Amazon or Ebay, They honor their return policy or plainly state that they won't. This is a poorly run business. I ordered a Lithium battery charger. They do not state that it only charges Lithium p04. My batteries are Lithium, but they are Lithium-ion. No refund.

GBBought a "refurbished" golf cart Bought a "refurbished" golf cart. The new wheels, seats etc looked great but they did absolutely nothing to the cart mechanically. Brought cart to different shop to get the mechanical issues corrected. Would definitely not buy from these people again.
