Great buying experience and service after. I bought my used golf cart years ago and they were great at making all the modifications and upgrades I wanted. Recently they were very quick to repair my broken down golf cart. Called me promptly with a diagnosis of the issue and options for repair. Made the repair along with additional options I wanted installed and had my cart running great very quickly.

BEWARE of Pifer Golf BEWARE of Pifer Golf! My wife purchased my (used) golf cart for me last August, 2020 as anniversary surprise. I have had nothing but the SAME bad axel oil leaks that have been non stop! When I've contacted Mark and they did come out several times last summer, but it was never repaired. We have a one year warranty and when I talked to Mark today June 2021, all he said was YOU bring it in here we dont have the help to pick it up!? VERY BAD RIP OFF BUSINESS, no honor of their warranty, my wife got ripped

I needed to ask some questions before I bought and both Kathy and Bailey got answers for me. I will definitely buy again from them.

didn't preform inspect like I was told.Before I picked it up I was told they… Didn't perform inspect like I was told. Before I picked it up I was told they performed a long list of inspections to the cart along with other engine maintenance inspection. I was told that they did a compress test and it was the highest one they had left but I had no written data proving this. I found a vacuum hose discounted I replace it because it was too short and brittle I replace all the hoses and tubing. When it was delivered it wouldn’t start I was told it was because it was cold. After they messed with it it started. A couple months later after it warmed up I tried to start it and it wouldn’t I called they came back and picked it up.

Order means nothing. I order a rear seat kit from this company. Waited two months for kit do to out of stock. When I contact them to get update on order they tell me there is a problem and they refund my money while we’re texting. The problem was the manufacture raised pricing and they would not live with the order they had excepted two months earlier. Won’t be dealing with ultimate cart anymore.
