Called them Wednesday clerk said shipped but no tracking. Called a second time Friday they said order was canceled for out of stock and would credit my card and return VIP points. James Bogdanoff

I had a terrific experience at.... I had a terrific experience at the Wilmette, IL store with Marc. He’s not a salesman....he’s a consultant. I run 35-40 miles a week and learned things I never knew. The staff is super nice and understands how to manage through this crazy COVID period. Marc got me all set up for winter running like never before. Brooke provided such exceptional service that I had to write a 5 star review on how wonderful she was. She was beyond knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and the nicest sales associate we've experienced. The details she knew about how the shoe would performed with the foot was impressive. Also, she knew what kind of sock to recommend as well. To go further, she also took the time to check our information in the system and as it turned out she found that it needed to be update and we even had points that we used toward our purchase. Thank you Brooke for going above and beyond to provide us and the customer outstanding service. Why we would want to shop anywhere else with an associate like Brooke?

It is one big scam!!! DO NOT BUY HERE! I have been charged again and again for some VIP service I never signed up for at a visit from Holland. I would NEVER need that service. I contacted them again today, after they charged me 50 USD again on my card. It is one big scam!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!

Road runner sports has the worst… Road runner sports has the worst customer service and frankly they’re a rip off when it comes to prices. I ordered something online and didn’t notice their website auto populated an old address of mine. I realized it immediately after I had already placed the order. I immediately sent them an email with the correct address and they replied that my order had already shipped and that if I wanted to change the address it would cost me $14. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money and they refused. You can get way better deals and customer service with Amazon. Don’t spend your hard earned money at road runners!
