SARoad runner sports has the worst… Road runner sports has the worst customer service and frankly they’re a rip off when it comes to prices. I ordered something online and didn’t notice their website auto populated an old address of mine. I realized it immediately after I had already placed the order. I immediately sent them an email with the correct address and they replied that my order had already shipped and that if I wanted to change the address it would cost me $14. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money and they refused. You can get way better deals and customer service with Amazon. Don’t spend your hard earned money at road runners!

GBThey mailed me previously worn shoes in… They mailed me previously worn shoes in a beat to hell box. I call. I was told return them. Have a nice day. So I’m inconvenienced to return these shoes to a UPS store. I’m out the shipping. I say that’s it? Oh I can knock off the return shipping fee. Um what? This is their third strike of very bad customer service and shipping. Never again.

GBKind of disappointed with their online… Kind of disappointed with their online ordering. Ordered and paid Friday morning for Hoka SPEED GOAT 4. Website showed closed on Saturday. Called them Wednesday clerk said shipped but no tracking. Called a second time Friday they said order was canceled for out of stock and would credit my card and return VIP points. James Bogdanoff

GBDo NOT trust this business Do NOT trust this business! They gave me a free upgrade to my membership. Then, I got a call from credit card company, Citibank that Roadrunner Sports was trying to charge my card $99.99 for the annual fee. I declined. Citbank blocked the charge. Then, Roadrunner Sports again submitted the charge for payment and it went thru. I've spent over a month trying to 'claw back' the $99.99 which I did not authorize. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
