SNOWBOARD BOOTS Review SNOWBOARD BOOTS Review: Erik’s Bike Shop had the best price for the Ride Anthem snowboard boots I was looking for. I was skeptical at first given other reviews, but I placed my order on Thanksgiving, my boots shipped Friday the 25th, and I received exactly what I ordered on the 1st of December (four days earlier than expected). I couldn’t find another online retailer that was offering the Boots at a discount ($199/$249), so I’m super pleased with what I got. Thank you Erik’s!

Quick to charge credit card, but no delivery! I ordered a close-out ebike off Erik's website on December 14. The ad and the confirmation said the bike would be delivered 12/24. No scanning or tracking information with FedEx, and nothing delivered as of today 12/30. Chat with Erik's (Liz) was useless - she bitched that "we are doing the best we can." Two more electronic contacts have gone unanswered, but ERik's was quick to charge my credit card for the purchase! Wake up Erik. The charge won't be paid unless the bike arrives before payment is due.

Erik's provides awesome customer … Erik's provides awesome customer service! We always enjoy going to Erik's with our questions and to just browse! They definitely have good deals and we were thrilled to order a new board, boots, jacket, and snow pants for our son this Christmas through Erik's webiste. We know we can easily return items if they do not fit or work. Thankfully, everything we orded was perfect!

Poor shipping & customer service I ordered an expensive bike stand from them. They put minimal effort into packing the item, and not surprisingly, the item arrived damaged. When I asked for a replacement, they were out of stock and all they could offer in the cause of damage was a $20 gift card. The $20 is gift card is better than nothing, but shipping on their site is $9 minimum, so you aren't really getting much of anything for $20 unless you spend some more of your hard earned money at their store. The whole experience left a bad taste. I don't think I will be coming back.

Never Again In my opinion, this is the worst company I’ve every dealt with. I usually don’t even do these online reviews. Erik’s Bike Shop has the worst communication I’ve ever experienced; they couldn’t seem to e-mail me back or answer any of my calls. Now when I get my mid-grade product I have to pay nearly half the price I payed for the bike, for shipping. I have no intention from ever buying from this company or even possibly recommending to a potential buyer. If one even mentions this company I would strongly urge that they reconsider that option. Humbly.
