GBBEWARE This company has hired a phone… BEWARE This company has hired a phone service company to screen ALL calls and has ZERO intent on calling anyone back, or answer the phone. They took payment and are refusing to call us back, or deliver our equipment. We have considered hiring an attorney.

GBMy husband posted the previous review … My husband posted the previous review and we have tried all the email addresses you gave us but they bounce back just as they do for direct gym source. We would like to know how you know we ordered a treadmill as my husband didn t put that in the review. For the information of the person/people who are stealing other people's money the police and consumer services are on to you and we are also getting interest from a tv consumer programme .WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK

GBOrdered dumbbells in late December with… Ordered dumbbells in late December with an original due date of early January. Not only did the dumbbells not arrive but they also didn’t communicate they would be delayed. The delivery date kept getting pushed back 1 month for several months until the end of April when they then told me it’d be May or June. Terrible experience, terrible customer service.

GBSold us a damaged/faulty unit that can’t be repaired In April 2017, my husband and I paid $5600 for a Cybex elliptical from GymSource (Tarrytown Road, White Plains). Since we got the unit, it has been making an excessive amount of noise (clunking with every pedal stroke). We’ve had it serviced by Gymsource approximately 15 times, to no avail. I asked to have the unit replaced, as they have replaced almost every piece they say could be making the noise, but it’s still ridiculously loud. The store manager refuses and tells me to contact service. The last time I called, they told me the warranty was about to expire and that even though we’ve had ongoing service problems, they cannot extend it. So now we are stuck with a unit that makes a ton of noise, apparently can’t be serviced, and if we do want it serviced we will have to pay for it. I would NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

GBDON'T USE THEM! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!I purchased a $4,000+ Bodycraft U1000… I purchased a $4,000+ Bodycraft U1000 Upright Bike from Gym Source, located on Railroad Avenue in Greenwich, CT. The purchase experience was wonderful, and then the bike was delivered. Within hours of delivery, I noticed the base of the bike was terribly scratched. I immediately contacted the sales representative, who then contacted his logistics team and then supervisor. His reply was, "Are the base scratches on the metal or top plastic portion? If on the plastic, I see my floor model has similar swirl-like scratches on it too. This might be from putting your sneaker on it while getting off / on. Instead of shiny plastic they should have a matte finish or metal steel." Really?! Accusing me of causing the damage? Who does that?! Net, net, they did absolutely nothing to repair the bike! Pass the word, I know I will. Signed a VERY unhappy customer.
