Thought I was getting a good deal on a… Thought I was getting a good deal on a BH fitness treadmill that retailed for $2499 and was told it was a top of the line unit.First one was replaced by BH fitness after 5 months and the second one I trashed after 30 months with only 300 miles on it after 2 new motors and 2 circuit boards.Unlike places like Costco,Sams,BJs and even D*cks sporting goods once you leave the it's between you and the manufacture.Gym Source doesn't even carry BH products any longer and is very vague on why not.When you buy at Gym Source you are on your own and this is why people buy at the big box stores and Gym Source is not that small.

Ordered dumbbells in late December with… Ordered dumbbells in late December with an original due date of early January. Not only did the dumbbells not arrive but they also didn’t communicate they would be delayed. The delivery date kept getting pushed back 1 month for several months until the end of April when they then told me it’d be May or June. Terrible experience, terrible customer service.

DON'T USE THEM! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!I purchased a $4,000+ Bodycraft U1000… I purchased a $4,000+ Bodycraft U1000 Upright Bike from Gym Source, located on Railroad Avenue in Greenwich, CT. The purchase experience was wonderful, and then the bike was delivered. Within hours of delivery, I noticed the base of the bike was terribly scratched. I immediately contacted the sales representative, who then contacted his logistics team and then supervisor. His reply was, "Are the base scratches on the metal or top plastic portion? If on the plastic, I see my floor model has similar swirl-like scratches on it too. This might be from putting your sneaker on it while getting off / on. Instead of shiny plastic they should have a matte finish or metal steel." Really?! Accusing me of causing the damage? Who does that?! Net, net, they did absolutely nothing to repair the bike! Pass the word, I know I will. Signed a VERY unhappy customer.

We wouldn't buy our gym equipment from … We wouldn't buy our gym equipment from anyone else, David is fantastic to work with! He accurately assessed our needs and made suggestions; we did our research and then purchased the items based on on-line customer and professional reviews. All 3 purchases were wise investments and have helped us to make an important lifestyle change. David is friendly, knowledgeable and follows through on his word. We've also found Gym Source's prices to be excellent! Would very highly recommend :)!

Absolute scam Absolute scam. I placed an order on April 1, when my card was charged immediately. I should have recognized the red flag then. Usually, you should only be charged when your order ships. After not hearing from Gym Source for several days I tried MULTIPLE times to get in contact with someone to get an update on my order with zero response. It wasn't until I finally attempted through the website when someone reached out only to tell me my order was back-ordered and wouldn't ship for months. She said she would cancel my order and refund, but have since heard NOTHING from them, and have not received a refund. I am livid.
