I placed an order for a club head cover… I placed an order for a club head cover and ball markers, paid $25 for shipping (about half the amount of my total order), and 2 weeks later it hasn’t even been shipped. Neither item was listed as out of stock on the website. Customer service returned an email promising to look in to it but 3 days have come and gone since then without an explanation. It’s safe to say I will never be using this site again and my suggestion is for others to look elsewhere as well.

I ordered from true Sports Fan a week… I ordered from true Sports Fan a week ago, I was told I would be notified by email when it was shipped. I have not heard anything. Then an email said to download the Shop app to track my order. I did and all it said was the order had been placed.

Buyer Beware! Ordered golf headcovers and they never arrived. Finally was reimbursed after 5weeks of waiting. A complete waste of time and terrible customer service.
