I have ordered several items and received them on time and in perfect condition. I would recommend to a friend I have ordered several items and received them much sooner than expected. The price is right and a lot less than what you would pay at a local store. Further, there is a lot more variety of choices than at your local bike shop. I returned a helmet because it didnt fit me well and got a replacement without any questions. I will definitely continue buying from this store.

I am amazed by professionalism of Summit bicycles. I can't even express enough how I am satisfied with Summit bicycles' help! Their customer support is outstanding. I was ordering a bike as a gift for my husband's bday, and need it to be shipped to LA. Chris helped me with that order and shipping so I could get the bike when I need it! It was refreshing to talk with somebody who knew his products and was factual in his responses. Robert (San Jose) was especially helpful in my choice of replacement bicycle tire, offering factual bases for his suggestions. He also matched a competitor's pricing. Not a bad pair of desirable features in a vendor!

It may be a scam I ordered a product two weeks ago. I've been trying to communicate to get the status of my order but it's been imposible to get a hold on them. I am afraid this is a scam. please be careful

Great customer service The product that I was interested in was not in available for when I needed it. Rob was able to put me into a better product (Garmin Edge 500) that ultimately is a product that better fit my needs. The package was shipped coast to coast in two days. This let me use the product sooner than anticipated. It's refreshing to have service like this. I highly recomend this shop to all my ridding biddies. Thanks!!!
