Haven't received order It has almost been two months since I have placed my order and I have yet to receive my Bontrager Satellite Fenders that I ordered. I called two weeks ago twice, one leaving a voice mail to the online service rep explaining the problem and another talking to one of the local stores and they said that they would try to work and out and I have yet to heard back from either of them.

I have ordered several items and received them on time and in perfect condition. I would recommend to a friend I have ordered several items and received them much sooner than expected. The price is right and a lot less than what you would pay at a local store. Further, there is a lot more variety of choices than at your local bike shop. I returned a helmet because it didnt fit me well and got a replacement without any questions. I will definitely continue buying from this store.

Great customer service The product that I was interested in was not in available for when I needed it. Rob was able to put me into a better product (Garmin Edge 500) that ultimately is a product that better fit my needs. The package was shipped coast to coast in two days. This let me use the product sooner than anticipated. It's refreshing to have service like this. I highly recomend this shop to all my ridding biddies. Thanks!!!

I am amazed by professionalism of Summit bicycles. I can't even express enough how I am satisfied with Summit bicycles' help! Their customer support is outstanding. I was ordering a bike as a gift for my husband's bday, and need it to be shipped to LA. Chris helped me with that order and shipping so I could get the bike when I need it! i love my new streamers summitbicyles is a great company,they sent my streamers very fast and no shipping fee......these are electra leather streamers,they fit right into the end of the handlebar grips.they make my scooter look so cool.i will order from this company again......
