Terrible communication I tried to return an item with their "no questions asked" return policy. They confirmed that they received the return and the refund still has not been issued about 2 weeks later. There is no given email address on their website and attempting to contact them has proven impossible.

I am amazed by professionalism of Summit bicycles. I can't even express enough how I am satisfied with Summit bicycles' help! Their customer support is outstanding. I was ordering a bike as a gift for my husband's bday, and need it to be shipped to LA. Chris helped me with that order and shipping so I could get the bike when I need it! The whole process went smoothly I didn't have to think about it or worry. I am really amazed by that kindness. If I could give them 100 stars review, I would :D Thank you!

Great Customer Service! My order came in 2 days! I called in with some questions and found they have a super fast super helpful staff. They were a pleasure to work with on the phone and the on line service was great... These guys had a just released Bontrager Interchange ANT+ Speed Sensors in stock... and everything else I needed. A great experience I will absolutely use these guys again! And the free shipping was just great! I highly recommend Summit Bicycles!! Thanks!!

Great prices, quality items, poor communication. I placed my order and received no communication other than receipt of my order until Trek contacted me directly informing me that they had mixed up my order with an order meant for a store in Napa. To make a long story short, Tonja, the representative at Trek was very friendly and helpful in getting this straightened out. Throughout all of the confusion, Summit Bicycles didn't contact me once. In fact, I was quite surprised to see a packing slip with Summit Bicycles logo on it, as I had gotten the impression that they weren't involved in the process. As far as good points, They did have the best prices for my items, and the items I ultimately received were exactly as ordered. Given the choice, I would probably try to order directly from Trek next time.

Great customer service The product that I was interested in was not in available for when I needed it. Rob was able to put me into a better product (Garmin Edge 500) that ultimately is a product that better fit my needs. The package was shipped coast to coast in two days. This let me use the product sooner than anticipated. It's refreshing to have service like this. I highly recomend this shop to all my ridding biddies. Thanks!!!
